- Management of all HR administration processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss labour law and data protection regulations
- Maintenance of personnel master data and optimisation of digital HR systems
- Point of contact for employees regarding salary and social insurance matters
- Several years of practical experience in Swiss personnel administration and payroll
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law basics
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with common HR or payroll systems
- Very good German and English skills are required
- At least 5 weeks of holiday
- Active participation in the digitalisation of HR processes
- Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies
- Employee events & team occasions
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for monthly payroll accounting and settlements- Management of all HR administration processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss labour law and data protection regulations
- Maintenance of personnel master data and optimisation of digital HR systems
- Point of contact for employees regarding salary and social insurance matters
Profile
- A successfully completed commercial basic training as well as a HF or FH degree in Human Resources are required- Several years of practical experience in Swiss personnel administration and payroll
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law basics
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with common HR or payroll systems
- Very good German and English skills are required
