The Jura–Nord Vaudois Regional Social Action Association (ARAS JUNOVA) brings together 73 municipalities for a population of approx. 96,730 inhabitants - united to offer the population a unique platform of services related to social and family affairs.
To complete its Administrative Support Unit, the Regional Social Centre is looking for a:
RI Finance Officer

General mission
Within the RI Finance sector, you contribute to ensuring reliable and rigorous financial management of the Integration Income benefits. You ensure the quality and compliance of processed operations, respecting current standards and procedures, and work closely with the various actors involved in the RI system.
Main areas of activity
- Manage the compensation statements for RI benefits in connection with social insurance retroactive payments and ensure follow-up of reimbursements;
- Prepare reimbursement statements for social insurance overpayments;
- Submit reimbursement requests for various expenses to the relevant schemes (PCG, Family PC, Bridge Pension);
- Validate daily and monthly payments of RI financial benefits;
- Manage receipts of RI financial benefits;
- Record income in MAORI and monitor SIF accounting (subsidiarity, returns, rejections, bank controls, internal transfers, etc.);
- Verify received benefits and inform case managers of any overpayments;
- Support the RI Finance Manager and RI Finance Referent in domain activities.
Desired profile
You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification and are comfortable with numbers. Experience in accounting and/or RI management is an asset.
You are proficient with MS Office tools and have good knowledge of social insurance and benefits. Knowledge of MAORI and RI benefits is an advantage.
Recognised for your professionalism, you demonstrate rigour, accuracy and good analytical skills. You work methodically, respecting standards and procedures, while showing flexibility and a genuine client orientation.
