Commercial Employee (M/F)

Our client, an industrial company located near Yverdon-les-Bains, is looking for a long-term temporary assignment for a:

Tasks:

• Management of daily administrative tasks
• Preparation and follow-up of customer and supplier orders
• Preparation of customer invoices
• Processing of quotations
• Processing orders in the ERP
• Follow-up of commercial files
• Preparation of meetings, calls and visits with customers
• Collaboration with production to ensure smooth communication with customers
• Monitoring of non-conformities and customer complaints

Profile:

• Commercial employee CFC
• Ease with telephone contact
• Very good command of IT tools (advanced Excel, management software)
• English level B2 minimum and German a serious asset
• Excellent communication skills and a taste for teamwork
• Discretion, reliability and a sense of confidentiality
