About the job
The Population and Digital Service of the City of Yverdon-les-Bains leads projects aimed at modernising the municipal administration for the benefit of the population, female and male colleagues. It works notably on simplifying procedures, digitalising services, and evolving internal practices. It collaborates closely with other City services and numerous external partners. In this context, the PON Service is looking for a:
Administrative Officer – Public Transformation and Innovation (80% to 90%)
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative operations of the service and ensure rigorous follow-up of files intended for the Municipality and the Municipal Council;
- Provide HR administrative support for the service staff, from onboarding to attendance monitoring, in collaboration with the Human Resources Service;
- Coordinate and optimise internal administrative processes by leading digital transformation and practice simplification projects;
- Develop a network of internal partners to harmonise administrative practices and facilitate information flow between services.
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC completed by a commercial professional maturity;
- Additional training in process management and project management;
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in administrative management, acquired in a digitalisation context, within the public or private sector;
- Excellent writing skills and perfect command of French (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an asset;
- Advanced proficiency in common office tools and strong interest in collaborative tools and document management;
- Strong organisational sense, discretion and initiative, with a proven ability to propose concrete improvements;
- Flexibility, integrity and a collaborative spirit enabling easy adaptation to changes and a unifying mindset
