Leukerbad Clinic, nestled at 1,400 m altitude in the heart of the Valais Alps, is looking for an HR specialist to strengthen the team and act as the contact person for salaries, personnel administration and the HR information system.

Your mission
• Manage the entire payroll process and HR administration
• Ensure monitoring of social insurances and legal obligations
• Administer and develop our HRIS tools (Opale, Polypoint-PEP and Lucca)
• Advise employees and managers on HR matters
• Actively participate in the digitalisation and improvement of our processes

Your profile
- Federal diploma as HR specialist or equivalent training
- Proven experience in salaries and HR administration in Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of social insurances and Swiss labour law
- Comfortable with HRIS (Opale, Polypoint-PEP and Lucca) and Excel
- Rigour, autonomy, service orientation and team spirit
- French and German essential

• Actively contributing to the digitalisation and optimisation of our processes

Your profile

- Federal certificate as HR specialist or equivalent qualification

- Proven experience in salaries and personnel administration in Switzerland

- Excellent knowledge of social insurances and Swiss labour law

- Confident use of HR information systems (Opale, Polypoint-PEP and Lucca) and Excel

- Carefulness, independence, service orientation and team spirit

- French and German language skills essential
