IT Project Manager - Digital Identity - Assistant (80% to 100%)

Do you want to contribute to an innovative project at the heart of the digital transformation of a public administration? The Organisation and IT Service (SOI) is looking for an assistant to participate in the adoption project of a digital identity solution at the City of Lausanne. For 6 months, you will help analyse the challenges, needs and integration conditions of this solution within the City’s information system.

The SOI manages and develops the City of Lausanne’s information system. It supports the 7 departments in their digital transformation and ensures the coherence, security and performance of the IT solutions used by more than 6000 employees. It thus contributes to the development of reliable digital services adapted to the needs of the administration and the population.

Duration

Assistant contract for a duration of 6 months

Main mission(s)

Analyse the organisational, technical and security challenges related to the adoption of e-ID and AGOV technologies within the City

Evaluate the integration methods of these solutions into the existing architecture (processes, applications, access governance)

Contribute to the testing and validation phases in coordination with the Governance Group and cantonal and federal authorities

Identify risks, constraints and key success factors related to the deployment of a digital identity solution in a public environment

Propose a methodological framework structuring the adoption and integration of e-ID/AGOV technologies, in collaboration with the SOI teams

Profile

University or HES Master’s degree in computer science, specialising in Computer Science or a related field, completed or ongoing

Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, STS approaches

Knowledge of LDAP technologies (OpenDJ, Active Directory)
