SERVICE STATION MANAGER

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

YOUR ROLE

• Welcoming, advising and customer service
• Cash handling and till management
• Stocking and merchandising shelves
• Opening and closing the shop or supervising
• Establishing and coordinating schedules
• Leading, motivating and supporting a small team of 3 to 5 colleagues
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of the shop daily
• Actively participating in sales development and customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in sales or a similar position desired, experience in a service station would be an asset
• Commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) would be an asset
• Experience in team management or coordination
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexible and enjoys teamwork
• Versatile and dynamic

WORKING HOURS

• Work from Monday to Friday but may be required to cover weekends and public holidays
• Working hours to be defined
• Fixed monthly salary
