IT Systems & Network Administrator 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support (L1 to L3)
- Administer and develop system and network infrastructures
- Ensure availability, security and backup of IT environments
- Manage and optimise networks (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) as well as associated equipment
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the ERP (Odoo) and business tools (interfaces, API)
- Support users and clients, providing advice, documentation and technical follow-up
Profile
- Education in IT (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in systems, networks and IT support
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network infrastructures
- Experience in user support, incident management and ideally in an ERP environment
- Knowledge of web development, API architecture and ideally Linux environments
- Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented personality, with excellent service skills and strong team spirit
