Our dealerships in French-speaking Switzerland are expanding and we are looking for new talents ready to take on the challenge alongside us.

BYD is a cutting-edge technology brand, still very little represented in Switzerland, synonymous with innovation, design and sustainable mobility.

Your mission

As a BYD Sales Advisor, you are the ambassador of the brand and the company.

Your goal: to offer a premium customer experience, develop your portfolio and achieve – or even exceed – your sales targets.

Your responsibilities

• Promote and sell new BYD vehicles as well as associated services
• Welcome, advise and support customers in the showroom
• Showcase the range and convey a modern and high-quality image of the brand
• Develop and retain your customer portfolio (active prospecting)
• Prepare offers, sales and leasing contracts
• Ensure vehicle delivery and impeccable customer follow-up

Your profile

• Successful experience in sales (automotive, real estate, insurance or equivalent), ideally at least 1 year of experience in automotive sales
• Strong interest in new technologies, electromobility and automobiles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid network
• A sales spirit: you enjoy negotiating, convincing and performing
• Team spirit, a taste for challenge and a sense of responsibility
• Rigour and organisation in administrative follow-up
• Native French speaker or perfectly fluent, fluent English
• Valid driving licence
• Resident in the Romanel-sur-Lausanne or Sion region
• Integrity, reliability and loyalty
