100% Permanent Motorcycle Sales Advisor (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in choosing the vehicle that meets their expectations
• Advise and present the different ranges of motorcycles as well as their technical features
• Identify customers’ needs and propose suitable solutions
• Organise and coordinate test rides in compliance with current procedures
• Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations until the sale is concluded
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of customer files and sales contracts
• Develop and retain a clientele through personalised and quality service
• Actively participate in achieving the company’s commercial objectives

Profile

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in motorcycle technology or commerce
• Proven experience in motorcycle sales or possess very good knowledge of the two-wheeler sector
• Be passionate about the motorcycle world and keep up with market developments
• Demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a genuine sense of service
• Have perfect command of French and a very good level of German (minimum C1)
• Show autonomy, organisation, initiative and rigour
• Have a taste for challenge and be results-oriented
