Ensuring the reliability of P&L and balance sheets of managed properties

As part of the development of its activities, it wishes to strengthen its accounting team with an experienced profile capable of independently managing a real estate portfolio and establishing a long-term presence within the organisation.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the department manager, you will ensure the complete accounting management of a real estate portfolio.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Complete accounting management of the managed properties
- Preparation of property closings
- Production of financial statements, balance sheets and operating accounts
- Management of rent collections and bank reconciliations
- Monitoring of debtor and creditor accounts
- Management of supplier invoices and payments
- Analysis and preparation of heating and hot water statements
- Management of owner accounts in segregated treasury
- Participation in periodic and annual closings
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Participation in the handling of real estate VAT
The position offers a strong operational dimension as well as an environment allowing the development of in-depth expertise in Swiss real estate accounting.
Candidate Profile
- Accounting training or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss agency
- Good knowledge of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Experience with property closings and condominium accounting
- Knowledge of a real estate ERP such as Quorum or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel and ease with IT tools
- Fluent French, both written and spoken
- Autonomous and rigorous person
- Sense of responsibility
- Good organisational skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to manage large volumes while respecting deadlines
- Willingness to commit long-term within a stable team
