HR Generalist Payroll 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently juggle the monthly payrolls of several companies - and keep a clear overview with ease

• All payroll-relevant changes come to you: new faces, departures, salary adjustments, changes in workload, absences, allowances - you handle it all

• Social insurances and withholding tax? You manage them as if it were child's play

• Year-end tasks with salary statements and reconciliations? Your annual highlight

• Administratively processing entries and exits including drafting contracts - you do this effortlessly

• You maintain personnel data and files like your own Instagram account, and time tracking also passes through your desk

• The complete HR administration according to process is your domain

• HR evaluations and statistics? You step in and deliver

• The HR team can rely on your administrative support - you are the helping hand when things get urgent

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with an HR specialist certificate or something comparable

• You have already managed payrolls for various companies for several years without losing your mind

• You master German in spoken and written form like a professional; English and French would be the icing on the cake

• Swiss labour and social insurance law is no mystery to you

• Payroll is your passion, numbers are your friends, and chaos is a foreign word to you

• You work independently, are as reliable as Swiss clockwork, and still enjoy working in a team
