To strengthen our Personal Insurance Services division, we are looking for a Group Leader Training Personal Insurance & Quality. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists and take on a key role in the development of skills, ensuring high quality standards, and harmonising professional working methods within the division.

The following exciting tasks await you:

- You lead, support, and develop a team of trainers and specialists in the Training & Quality area

• You organise the team’s activities, ensure optimal resource planning according to operational priorities, and take on administrative coordination
• You identify training needs and the professional requirements of the various units and coordinate the corresponding measures with the specialists and managers
• You continuously develop the training and further education offerings as well as the corresponding training materials, while ensuring a high quality of onboarding and integration processes
• You lead projects to improve the learning experience and the efficiency of training measures
• You contribute to the creation and further development of professional guidelines and ensure harmonisation of practices within the division
• You support the teams in implementing professional requirements and ensure efficient communication and implementation of regulatory and organisational changes
• You manage activities in quality control and monitoring and assist managers in analysing results and defining improvement measures
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, services, and quality standards
• With your leadership, expertise, and ability to inspire teams towards common goals, you make an important contribution to Vaudoise’s success

What distinguishes you:

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience in insurance, training, or management
• Several years of solid experience in personal insurance, ideally in UVG and/or daily sickness benefits
• German as mother tongue and very good French skills (C1)
• Successful leadership experience and the ability to support employees in a changing environment and actively shape change
• Strong interest in knowledge transfer and skills development
• Very good analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong quality awareness, solution orientation, and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Natural leadership, strong ability to connect people and create a trusting working environment
• Confident use of digital tools as well as interest in digitalisation and continuous improvement
