Your mission and responsibilities
- Manage an early childhood care facility with a capacity of 57 places (progressive opening of 27 places in 2027, then 15 places in 2028 and 15 places in 2029), composed of specialised staff, to ensure beneficiaries receive care in accordance with current standards.
- Participate in the opening of the new facility: purchase of furniture and equipment, organisation setup, recruitment and team formation.
- Define and develop the institutional project as well as the educational project.
- Ensure the adequacy, allocation and development of the skills necessary for the quality of services.
- Represent the entity to families and partners, while promoting networking.
Your profile
- Hold a tertiary level A or B qualification in early childhood, pedagogy, psychology or social work.
- Have 5 years of professional experience in the socio-educational field with children aged 0 to 12, including at least 2 years with children aged 0 to 4.
- Possess or acquire a CAS in team management, or any training recognised by SASAJ.
- Demonstrate excellent team management skills, as well as listening and empathy abilities.
- Show a keen sense of organisation and priorities, good stress management and ease in communication.
- Master administrative knowledge, including office and financial tools.
