Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100%

For an established company in the premium segment (service/project business), we are looking for a reliable individual for the commercial internal sales department. In this role, you are the central hub in the order and project process and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners. Our offices are in Zug or Basel, with the possibility of home office 1-2 days a week.

Job Description

• Commercial processing of the entire order process in the ERP system (from order entry to project billing)
• Coordination and clarification of administrative processes with internal and external interfaces
• Receiving customer and service enquiries and structured further processing in the system
• Telephone and digital contact point for several locations as well as for customers and external partners
• Independent handling of organisational matters and diverse administrative concerns

We Expect

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction/construction-related trades or project-oriented industries
• Very good German in spoken and written form, oral English skills, basic French knowledge advantageous
• Confident handling of modern IT tools and ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
• Customer- and service-oriented, resilient, a team player and structured
• Hands-on mentality: you take initiative, think ahead and remain confident even with ad-hoc issues
