About the Role
You will join a dynamic team at a 40-50% workload. In close collaboration with the existing team, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative activities and direct support to management.

Tasks
Ensure executive secretariat duties, administrative management of municipal files, and reception of citizens.
- Manage and maintain the complex schedules of management
- Process, sort and record incoming and outgoing mail
- Draft, format and proofread official correspondence and minutes
- Organise and prepare management meetings and committees
- Provide physical and telephone reception for citizens and partners
We are looking for
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools
- Qualification at CFC level in administration or an equivalent recognised title
- A keen sense of discretion, rigour and organisation
An advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of the German language
- Previous experience within a public administration
