Are you a motivated individual capable of independently conducting the regulatory examination of a building permit application within our Building Permits Office (BPO)? Do you feel comfortable carrying out your work both in the office and on site, interacting with a variety of stakeholders? Your mission will be to efficiently and legally manage the cycle of building, habitation, and usage permits.

Duration
One-year auxiliary contract
Main Mission(s)
• Apply construction and land-use planning law, particularly in the context of building permit applications
• Perform regulatory analysis of submitted projects
• Inform stakeholders (owners, architects, agents, etc.) about building rights and the regulatory environment of building, habitation, and usage permits
• Monitor files related to the execution of works
• Conduct compliance checks of building permits
• Prepare the implementation of habitation and usage permits in collaboration with the BPO architects
Profile
• Federal VET diploma as a draughtsperson, specialising in architecture or building technology
• Higher education diploma (HE) or federal diploma in a field related to the position
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction or a similar field
• Good writing skills
• Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural plans
