What you can achieve with us:
- You are part of our team and, together with your colleagues, you manage the entire lifecycle of production employees (400 people).
- You draft employment contracts, manage salaries, and ensure that our activities comply with the collective labour agreement and the values of our company.
- You manage absences (illness, accident, maternity, military service, etc.) and handle the administrative follow-up of files.
- You are responsible for the administrative management of family allowances and other social benefits.
- You prepare certificates, work references, and other documents intended for employees or authorities.
- You take on other administrative tasks such as correspondence, answering telephone calls, and reception duties.
What you bring:
- You have completed a basic commercial training (CFC as a commercial employee) or equivalent and have good knowledge in human resources (an HR certificate is an advantage).
- You are proficient in French and comfortable with numbers.
- You enjoy working in a team, are autonomous, organised, methodical, and able to take responsibility.
- You demonstrate good manners, can assert yourself when necessary, and enjoy contact with employees.
- You have the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations and to find solutions.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
