The mission of the Graduate Recruitment Advisor is to support recruitment efforts targeting graduate students and professionals interested in hospitality education. They promote our portfolio of Master of Science programs through to the DBA for senior executives. The Advisor builds relationships with potential applicants and key contacts, including university counselors and industry professionals. They represent our institution at recruitment fairs, hospitality events, and university partnerships. They guide candidates through the application process and contribute to recruitment projects and improvements.
What will you do?
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract graduate students and professionals.
- Promote MIHM, MGH, MBA and DBA programs through direct outreach and relationship-building.
- Represent EHL at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs.
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and industry contacts.
- Guide prospective students through the full application process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Support marketing initiatives and coordinate timely distribution of promotional materials.
- Maintain CRM records, conduct screening interviews, and assess applicant eligibility.
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute insights for continuous process improvement.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have more than 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with diverse audiences and build lasting relationships.
- You have a goal-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments, working independently and collaboratively.
- You have a customer-focused approach with attention to detail and adaptability.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and are comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- You have experience or interest in using social media platforms for professional outreach.
- You have legal eligibility to work in Switzerland and are willing to travel periodically, including some weekends.
- You are fluent in English and French (C1), any other European languages is a strong asset.
