Your tasks with the new employer:
- You manage the entire monthly payroll process from data preparation to final control and, together with the HR team, ensure precise and timely payroll accounting
- Throughout the employee lifecycle, you take on payroll-relevant administration, reliably record personnel changes and keep all master and payroll data up to date in the HR systems
- You handle social insurance-related matters expertly and at the same time ensure the correct processing of the annual payroll documents
- As a central interface for payroll and working time-related concerns, you competently advise employees and managers and actively contribute your experience to the optimisation of HR processes and projects
You offer your new employer:
- At least five years of experience in a comparable role, a good understanding of legal requirements in the Swiss personnel environment and proficient use of digital office applications distinguish you
- Your professional foundation consists of a commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by a recognised specialisation in personnel, payroll or insurance
- Additional professional training in remuneration, personnel administration or social security is an advantage and supports you in confidently assessing demanding HR topics
- Precision, reliability and a strong numerical understanding are combined with a service-oriented attitude
