To strengthen our team, we are looking for our Renens branch a
HR MANAGER
YOUR MISSION
- Various tasks related to HR administration
- Management of the employee lifecycle
- Preparation of various HR reports and statistics
- Preparation and verification of salaries (around 550 employees)
- Responding to employee requests
- Processing application files (receipt, sorting, telephone interview and follow-up)
- Communication and sharing of information internally
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in a similar position
- Commercial employee CFC completed by the HRSE certificate of Human Resources Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and new technologies
- Enthusiasm, service orientation and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
- Conscientious, quick and efficient
