In view of the retirement at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for our next talent to strengthen our training team in Lausanne, within People & Organization Development. If you have a passion for teaching, solid expertise in non-life insurance, and want to showcase your skills in French-speaking Switzerland, this opportunity is for you!
Join our Distribution sector. You will be the point of contact with our clients. Every day, you will give your best to meet their needs by offering human advice, focused on action and the future, respecting AXA's "Customer first" motto.
What awaits you
Trainer - 80%
- Train our new non-life advisors (P & SME) and support them towards excellence
- Transmit technical skills: insurance, products, systems, processes, sales methods
- Prepare and conduct face-to-face or virtual training sessions, with supportive tutoring
- Adapt your teaching according to profiles, using innovative and digital methods
- Collaborate with a team of Swiss trainers and keep up with training trends
Community Manager - 20%
- Animate the SME community in French-speaking Switzerland
- Organise meetings to share best practices and strengthen exchanges
- Collaborate with the competence centre to optimise our strategy
- Intervene in agencies and provide customised training
- Be the privileged link with regional management and underwriting
What you bring
- Expertise in non-life insurance, ideally with experience in consulting or sales
- Experience in adult education, with an FSEA 1 diploma if possible
- Ability to create a climate of trust, make training dynamic and client-oriented
- Autonomy, rigour, adaptability in an agile environment
- Mastery of digital tools to design hybrid training
- Perfect command of French, German desired for internal communication
