Deputy Director in charge of professional and educational intervention areas

The AccEnt measure (Support in Business) is a service of the Vaud Youth Assistance Centre.

Since 2006, AccEnt has been supporting beneficiaries of the FORJAD programme on behalf of the Directorate
of Integration and Solidarity of the canton of Vaud. The mission of the AccEnt collaborators ·rices is to support its beneficiaries in successfully completing their professional training and achieving sustainable integration into the labour market through individualised follow-up.

To complete its Service Directorate, the AccEnt measure is looking for a ·e :

Your mission:

As a member of the Service Directorate, you are responsible for monitoring the quality and development of services in the professional and educational areas.

In collaboration with the Deputy Director in charge of social and personal intervention areas, you ensure the coherence and deployment of the AccEnt intervention framework in professional practices.

You support the branch managers in your respective fields, lead cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of services and partnerships necessary for the evolution of AccEnt.

Your role:
You:

• Manage the quality of services and help define the methods to evaluate it;
• Support managers in implementing the intervention framework and developing practices;
• Develop services related to the professional and educational areas;
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving several teams;
• Develop collaborations with professional training actors, training companies and institutional partners;
• Contribute to communication actions, including social networks, meetings and internal or partner events;
• Manage the internal continuing education system;
• Are responsible for the framework and development of the educational support system and support the team in charge of the pool of tutors;
• Participate in the reflections, decisions and projects of the Service Directorate.

Your profile:

• Relevant higher education in social sciences, educational sciences, social work, training or an equivalent field;
• Continuing education such as CAS/DAS related to the role, in one of the following areas: training, integration, project management or team management, or an equivalent field;
• Proven experience in service development, project management or team and professional support;
• Good knowledge of the issues of professional training, integration and support for young adults;
• Ability to support managers and teams, including without direct hierarchical link, and to unite different actors around common goals;
• Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, writing and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of the Vaud network; knowledge of the FORJAD programme and its professional training partners is an asset;
• Experience in team management is an asset.

Workplace: Lausanne

Start date: Permanent contract 80%, immediately or to be agreed
Swiss nationality or valid permit.
