Do you enjoy taking responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of construction projects in the real estate sector? In this project manager role, you will make a significant contribution to the technical management success of our projects. You act as the central interface between clients, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. 

Project Planning and Preparation

• Analysis of tenders

• Clarification of orders with clients, architects, general contractors, etc.

• Clarification of construction work and taking measurements on site

• Understanding architectural plans and window details

• Creation of CAD drawings

• Preparation of order confirmations and CAD drawings for the client

• Schedule management

Project Management

• Monitoring deadlines

• Organisation and supervision of warranty work

• Assistance during project handover

Financial Responsibility

• Main responsibility for assigned projects

• Cost control and post-calculation

• Preparation of offers for amendments

• Result responsibility for project completion on time and within budget

• A personality who embodies our values of cooperation, participation, and entrepreneurial spirit daily

• Complete training as a joiner/carpenter/CFC builder or other craft training in the construction sector

• At least 3 years of experience in project management in the window sector

• Good command of MS Office

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP

• Additional training in AVOR or as a technical sales representative is an advantage

• Resilient personality

• Excellent command of French (written/spoken), knowledge of English is a plus

• Category B driving licence
