Business Analyst - Luxury Sector & Microsoft Ecosystem

About the role

On behalf of one of our clients, an international firm specialising in consulting and digital transformation, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

As part of a project to optimise information systems, you will be integrated into the firm’s teams and work directly with their client: a world-renowned haute horlogerie House. Your role will be to support the deployment and evolution of their internal software dedicated to business operations.

Your daily tasks

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key intermediary between the end client’s business vision and the project’s technical delivery teams. Joining this large-scale project with a demanding high-end client represents a golden opportunity to develop top-level expertise and acquire highly valued professional skills in the market.

Tasks

Ensure the strategic and technical liaison role between a prestigious client and international development teams for proprietary software.

• Serve as the interface between the client and the technical teams based internationally
• Gather and analyse the client’s functional requirements
• Monitor deliverables and report information to developers
• Participate in software testing and validation phases
• Provide post-sale support and assist users
• Lead formal presentations and demonstrations for the client

We are looking for

• Excellent command of French and English for an international context
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and tools
• Excellent professional demeanour and interpersonal skills when dealing with demanding clients
• Strong learning ability and rigour in case follow-up

An advantage if you have

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics solution
• First experience in the luxury sector or IT consulting
