About the Role

On behalf of our client, a major organisation based in Geneva, we are looking for a technical assistant in building!

As part of a soundproofing programme for surrounding buildings, your role will combine administrative and technical responsibilities to ensure the identification and eligibility of buildings for acoustic insulation subsidies. You will join a small dynamic team with whom you will regularly collaborate to manage this programme!

Tasks

• Identify properties by surveying and retrieving information from the land register
• Collaborate with programme coordinators to update the database and archive documents and files.
• Verify the eligibility of buildings for a soundproofing subsidy
• Analyse technical building plans to ensure that permits and the scope of work are considered in the acoustic renovation project.

We Are Looking For

• You have training or technical experience related to building
• You can read and interpret cadastral plans and section drawings
• If you have knowledge of tools for accessing building permits (a big plus)
• You are seeking a long-term position
• You speak French fluently
