What you can shape
You support the management of the office and contribute to successful service delivery.
You take on the organisation and construction management of demanding electrical and telecommunications projects and ensure timely completion.
You supervise and promote the assigned personnel, including apprentices, and actively promote occupational safety and health protection as the occupational safety contact person.
You keep your knowledge up to date in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility and photovoltaics through participation in internal training sessions.
You use your regional network, recognise market potentials, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the business.
What defines you
You have further training as an electrical project manager with a federal diploma (or are on the way to obtaining it).
You bring solid experience with high and low voltage installations as well as sound knowledge of standards and regulations.
You are a motivating personality, take responsibility, and enjoy passing on your know-how.
You promote a healthy team culture, handle your resources carefully, and support others in doing so.
You are rooted in the region and are happy to engage beyond professional matters.
