What you can shape

• You support the management of the office and contribute to successful service delivery.

• You take on the organisation and construction management of demanding electrical and telecommunications projects and ensure timely completion.

• You supervise and promote the assigned personnel, including apprentices, and actively promote occupational safety and health protection as the occupational safety contact person.

• You keep your knowledge up to date in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility and photovoltaics through participation in internal training sessions.

• You use your regional network, recognise market potentials, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the business.

What defines you

• You have further training as an electrical project manager with a federal diploma (or are on the way to obtaining it).

• You bring solid experience with high and low voltage installations as well as sound knowledge of standards and regulations.

• You are a motivating personality, take responsibility, and enjoy passing on your know-how.

• You promote a healthy team culture, handle your resources carefully, and support others in doing so.

• You are rooted in the region and are happy to engage beyond professional matters.
