Administrative Assistant, Purchasing & Supply

Want to start your career behind the scenes of a Geneva watchmaking house? We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant on a six-month fixed-term contract to strengthen our Purchasing & Supply department, alongside a team that will teach you the trade.
Your missions
A concrete position where you quickly become operational and fully integrated into the team:
- Manage and secure our Purchasing database — suppliers, prices, supply rules
- Process invoices via our document management tool (DMS)
- Support the Purchasing team daily: portfolio monitoring, updating delivery times
Your profile
- Initial training or experience in administration, purchasing, logistics or management
- Good proficiency with Excel and the Office suite
- Rigor, curiosity and organisational skills
- Versatility, comfortable managing several topics simultaneously
- English B2 minimum (used daily with our partners)
