Lead Generation Specialist - Business Division 100%

Within the Business Division department, you are responsible for initiating the acquisition process by contacting our potential clients by phone as part of cold prospecting (outbound). Thanks to your great autonomy, you put all your expertise at the service of positive and constructive relationships.

Work location: Biel / Zurich

Your tasks

• Outbound calls as part of campaigns (80% of working time)
• Research of company profiles and contacts in our CRM database as well as on other online channels
• Daily follow-up of potential clients
• Qualitative outbound calls aimed at acquiring new clients
• Regular updating, optimisation and quality checks of CRM data
• Qualitative contributions to campaign targeting
• Collection of new qualitative data
• Participation in marketing events, trade fairs and promotional activities (10% of working time)
• Proposals for inputs to the marketing mix

Your profile

• Reliable and professional personality, curious and bringing innovative ideas
• Strong command of cold telephone prospecting (outbound), with extensive experience with medium-sized business clients
• Good knowledge of B2B sales organisations and processes
• Experience in using a B2B CRM tool
• Great ability to build strong and lasting relationships, and excellent results on the phone
• Excellent command of Italian (spoken and written), as well as good knowledge of French and English for communication within the team (knowledge of German: an advantage)
• High autonomy in using CRM tools and telemarketing files
• Excellent writing skills (emails)
• Rigorous and precise data management
