The Jura–Nord Vaudois Regional Social Action Association (ARAS JUNOVA) brings together 73 municipalities for a population of approx. 96,730 inhabitants - united to offer the population a unique platform of services related to social and family affairs.

RI Case Manager
A role at the heart of social action, where your analytical skills, rigour and interpersonal qualities help ensure fair and equitable access to Integration Income benefits!
General mission
In compliance with the cantonal legal framework (Vaudois Social Action Law – LASV, its implementing regulation – RLASV, as well as the directives relating to the granting of the financial Integration Income benefit), you manage Integration Income (RI) cases and contribute to ensuring the granting of financial benefits in accordance with beneficiaries’ rights.
You ensure rigorous and fair processing of applications, while maintaining a professional and quality relationship with beneficiaries and working closely with the various actors in the social system.
Main areas of activity
- Welcoming beneficiaries by appointment, analysing their requests and ensuring their processing;
- Collecting and examining the information and documents necessary for case processing;
- Verifying the compliance of supporting documents with current legal and administrative requirements;
- Issuing an opinion on entitlement to RI benefits, respecting the principle of subsidiarity;
- Managing and monitoring beneficiaries’ cases, including payments, decisions and reviews;
- Working closely with social workers to ensure coordinated management of situations;
- Maintaining contact with beneficiaries.
Desired profile
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification. You are proficient in MS Office tools. Knowledge of the MAORI software and RI benefits is an asset.
You have good knowledge of social institutions, insurance and social benefits, as well as the applicable legal framework. You are also comfortable with numbers and have good written and oral communication skills.
