- Complex and cross-departmental HR system projects are your responsibility – from strategic planning through implementation to successful introduction, you manage these with foresight
- As part of our four-person team, you analyse and prioritise requirements, critically question existing processes and actively and sustainably shape our HR system landscape
- The professional system responsibility lies in your hands – you are responsible for tests, approvals and quality assurance and ensure stable and efficient operation
- Participation in operational day-to-day business and support of your team colleagues in system administration is natural for you
- Complex support cases are an exciting challenge for you – in 2nd-/3rd-level support you analyse causes and develop sustainable solutions
- You enthusiastically share your knowledge – together we prepare our decentralised HR managers for the future
- You have several years of experience in supporting and further developing HR systems and understand their interaction with HR processes
- You move confidently between strategy and implementation – you master both conceptual tasks and operational challenges with ease
- Networked thinking and a strong understanding of HR processes help you recognise connections and develop sustainable solutions
- Your communication skills convince at all levels and you successfully bring different stakeholders together
- You combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality – you get things done without losing sight of the big picture
- You see change as an opportunity and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our HR systems and processes
