Your mission

As a Sales Administration Assistant BYD, you carry out all administrative procedures related to the sale of a vehicle.

Your responsibilities

• Verify the details entered by the salespeople
• Enter vehicles into stock
• Carry out invoicing of new vehicles
• Manage registrations
• Manage leasing files and insurance certificates
• Organise deliveries and scheduling with the salesperson, workshop and customer
• Follow up on deliveries and files in collaboration with the Brand Manager
• Manage sales advertisements
• Submit requests for fleet discounts and bonuses
• Control stock and demonstrations in collaboration with the Brand Manager

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of successful experience in an administrative department within a garage, after your apprenticeship
• You have similar and successful experience within a car dealership/garage
• You have commercial and administrative training (CFC or equivalent)
• You have a perfect command of French, German or English, a strong asset
• You are comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks
• You are extremely rigorous in administrative management
• You are organised, motivated, flexible, honest and loyal
