Senior Microsoft Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You plan, coordinate, and are responsible for the rollout of Windows Feature Updates in demanding customer environments.
You design and implement modern Modern Workplace solutions and continuously develop existing workplace environments.
You administer, optimise, and operate existing Windows client infrastructures and ensure their stable and secure operation.
You work closely with service and account management and support offer creation, the development of new services, and technical conception.
You evaluate new Windows features and technologies, document their possible uses, and accompany their introduction into the existing IT landscape.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience in workplace engineering and operating larger IT environments.
You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) as well as Microsoft 365 and the associated services.
You have solid experience in the implementation and introduction of new technologies in the workplace environment.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 as well as Group Policy (GPO).
You communicate confidently in German and English, work in a structured manner, and convince through a pronounced customer and service orientation.
