HR Advisor for a State Structure - Try & Hire - 100%

About the Role

As an HR Advisor, you will join a team to manage recruitment, HR administration, and close coaching of managers. This versatile role is ideal for a dynamic profile wishing to commit long-term.

We offer you A 6-month Try & Hire assignment with the possibility of permanent employment, flexible working hours, one day of remote work per week, and solid initial training of three months.

Tasks

Complete management of the recruitment cycle, handling personnel administration, and advisory and coaching role for managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from identifying the need to hiring
• Ensure HR administration and onboarding formalities for employees
• Draft employment contracts and interim work certificates
• Coach and support line managers in their team management
• Constructively intervene in internal conflict management
• Use Excel to monitor and update HR data

We are looking for

• Training in human resources management (Bachelor HEIG, HR certificate or equivalent qualification)
• Good command of Excel software
• Excellent spoken and written French
• Organisational skills, interpersonal ease, and supportive attitude
