YOUR TASKS

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire room management
• You welcome and support our patients upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Within the scope of service management, you respond to the wishes and needs of our patients and their guests, working closely with nursing, kitchen, reception and housekeeping
• You order meals according to medical guidelines using the electronic ordering system Cuvos and serve them
• You are responsible for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the rooms and for the room furnishings according to insurance classes
• You ensure correct billing for our services
• Willingness to assist in the Guest Services areas (Reception, Guest Relations and Gastronomy)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in the hotel or gastronomy sector
• You have the "host gene" embedded in your DNA
• Very good German skills are required for this role; any additional foreign language is welcome
• You are characterised by high social competence and reliability
• You are a communicative, service-oriented, tech-savvy and sociable personality
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate the advantages of weekend shifts and irregular working hours
