Product Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory monitoring and analyse impacts on the activity.
• Guarantee product compliance across different markets.
• Support business teams in applying regulatory requirements.
• Lead compliance projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional bodies related to product compliance.
• Raise awareness and train employees on regulatory issues.
• Conduct or coordinate audits and ensure follow-up on action plans.
• Act as the interface between Quality, Legal, R&D, Industrialisation and Operations teams.

Profile sought

• Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in Compliance, Quality or Risk Management.
• Proven experience in the watchmaking or luxury industry.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and cross-functional project management.
• Good command of quality systems and process approach.
• Experience in the watchmaking sector essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel.
• Good level of English.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and unite teams.
• Organisational skills and autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and pragmatic.
• Residence in Switzerland.
