Your mission

You will participate in the development and implementation of new grand feu enamel techniques — such as cloisonné, plique-à-jour, grisaille, aventurine, translucent, opaque, or paillonné — and ensure their production on dials and case components, respecting specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.
You will also contribute to the transfer of know-how by training department colleagues.

Your main responsibilities

• Participate in design phases in collaboration with designers (creating drawings or watercolours for client approval).
• Communicate with technical and creative teams to anticipate manufacturing constraints.
• Conduct tests, prototypes, and grand feu enamel demonstrators.
• Produce decorated components using various techniques, including miniature painting.
• Develop new grand feu enamel approaches and lead the integration of these techniques within the workshop.
• Work closely with other departments to foster innovation and artisanal excellence.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on processes and professional gestures related to enamel.

Your profile

• Training or specialisation in grand feu enamel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grand feu enamel applied to high-end watch components.
• Creativity and ability to envision new designs.
• Analytical mind, autonomy, and great flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
