Behind this advertisement, a rapidly growing international company based in the canton of Fribourg is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to strengthen its team dedicated to industrial solutions and equipment.

Your mission

Within the sales team, you will play a key role in preparing technical proposals and supporting the field sales teams. Your main responsibilities include:

• Offer preparation: Developing quotes for customised electromechanical "process" installations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  
• Sales support: Working closely with the external sales team to design technical solutions that meet client requirements.
  
• Process optimisation: Collaborating with the internal team to improve and structure existing procedures.
  
• Product portfolio mastery: Developing an in-depth knowledge of the equipment and installations offered by the company.
  
• Meeting deadlines and standards: Ensuring offers are submitted within the allotted time while guaranteeing compliance with current standards.
  

Your profile

You are a dynamic professional with solid technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Higher education degree in engineering (Bachelor in mechanical, automation or technical training).
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to sales or engineering of industrial installations.
  
• Key skills:
  • Excellent analytical ability and development of technical solutions adapted to client needs.
    
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team to structure competitive offers.
    
  • High autonomy and sense of responsibility in managing priorities.
    
• Languages:
  • Native French or German speaker with excellent command of the other language.
    
  • Very good skills in written and spoken English.
