You transform the Group's strategic vision into concrete results by aligning your team members, operations and resources around a common ambition for growth and excellence in close collaboration with the CFO
YOUR MISSIONS
- Manage the overall performance of the company by guaranteeing the achievement of growth, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Ensure the governance of the Group's key functions and guarantee their alignment with the company's strategic ambitions.
- Oversee the Marketing and Business Development functions to accelerate growth, strengthen brand awareness and identify new development opportunities.
- Oversee the Infrastructure, Logistics and Medical functions to ensure their efficiency and contribution to the Group's performance.
- Develop and support department heads by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement. Guarantee the operational excellence of the clinic network by ensuring the execution of the strategy, harmonisation of practices and achievement of performance objectives by regional and operational teams.
- Manage strategic and transformation projects supporting the Group's growth and evolution.
- Support the network expansion by supervising clinic openings and the integration of new entities.
- Act as a member of the Executive Management by contributing to the company's strategic decisions and, alongside the CFO, ensuring the overall management of the Group's activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) in management, commerce, economics, or related field; an MBA is an asset.
- Proven experience of 10 years or more in an operational management role, general management or business unit leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site organisations and developing growing activities.
- Strong skills in performance management, marketing and key performance indicators (KPI) management.
- Excellent experience in managing managers and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ability to lead transformation, structuring and continuous improvement projects.
- Unifying leadership, ability to engage teams and create a culture of high standards, responsibility and collaboration.
- Strategic mindset combined with a strong field and results orientation.
- Keen sense of customer experience, service quality and operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, organisational and prioritisation skills in a constantly evolving environment.
- Professional proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.
