Technical Sales Manager - Business Manager M/F

For a renowned company in the sanitary sector, Geneva region, we are looking for a: Technical Sales Manager – Business Manager (M/F)

Your mission:

You independently lead a team and a structure under the Management.

Sales:

Analyse client needs, pricing and innovative offers, complaint follow-up, prospecting and professional networks, updating references.

Management:

Recruitment, integration and team follow-up, coaching / skills development, performance reviews, well-being and cohesion, compliance with internal rules / subcontracting / temporary work.

Project Management & Finance:

End-to-end management from design to warranty, planning human / material resources, supplier orders and framework agreements, respecting work deadlines, contracts and amendments, traceability of exchanges, legal aspects with experts, budget monitoring, debt collection, profitability and financial results, monthly financial/HR/sales reporting.

Profile:

Knowledge: sales, management, professional symbolism, fire / gas / acoustic standards.

Skills: adaptability on sites, tablet IT tools, reading technical documents.

Personal qualities: confidentiality, leadership, availability, stress management, initiative, proactivity.

Prerequisites: Federal diploma or Federal Master or equivalent diploma with significant experience in a similar position required.
