- You accompany residents, individuals and groups during regular leisure activities and develop as well as conduct new, target group-appropriate offers.
- You motivate people from different backgrounds to actively participate in activities and to constructively shape community life.
- You ensure basic care and competently support residents in their everyday concerns and challenges.
- You reliably complete the daily administrative tasks and maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- You ensure compliance with the house rules and intervene situationally if necessary to resolve or de-escalate conflicts at an early stage.
Your Profile
- Completed EFZ training or equivalent qualification; professional experience in care, social, migration or socio-cultural fields
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least level C1); additional asylum-relevant languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, Teams and case-supporting IT systems
- Experience in planning and implementing socio-cultural offers for groups or individuals
- Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness as well as ability to work in a team

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
