Do you want to take responsibility and care of our people? Are you passionate about technologies in IT and their implementation within projects? Are you interested in leading a product cluster of specialists focused on data center management in the IT Infrastructure and Operations family? We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for the international network, network security and data center management of SIX. You will lead a product cluster with around 20 employees based in Switzerland, Spain and France. As People Head of NOC & DC you will be responsible for recruitment, development, performance, motivation and retention of the team.You will puts the focus on being a “servant” leader but also contribute with your broad technical understanding of the product clusters to give the strategic direction.

What You Will Do

  • develop your product cluster in cooperation with the product owners. Align the product teams with the department’s vision and goals. Ensure cross collaboration where reasonable
  • lead talent management and be responsible for the recruitment of the product team members (internal & external employees)
  • take care of all Human Resource related aspects of the team​ and foster our company’s culture
  • be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the team and the prioritization of work
  • budget responsibility for internal and external staff​
  • take care of country specific Legal and Compliance topics (Switzerland, Spain, France)

What You Bring

  • team player with senior leadership and coaching skills​
  • IT Management skills​ in area of Project Management, Data Center Management and Network Operations Center (NOC)
  • understanding of financial matters with regards to budgeting, forecasting and controlling
  • motivating personality with good organizational skills​, experience with change management initiatives in international teams
  • good advanced cultural understanding​ & experienced with change management initiatives in international teams
  • fluent written and spoken English skills. German and/or Spanish are a big plus
