CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are seeking a hands-on Global Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing customer experience on digital platforms. This role is pivotal for upskilling and transforming key markets globally.
You will report to the Head of Digital Performance, who will support you in achieving your goals with markets and international teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and maintain a global learning agenda
  • Align with customer experience, marketing and Ecommerce teams to formalize a global CRO roadmap
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Typeform, Google Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities
  • Design and implement experiments : build and QA tests in initial markets, measure and communicate results to stakeholders and lead the rollout of successful strategies across international markets
  • Foster experimentation culture within the digital organization : upskill team members in various markets and animate a community to support collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with Ecommerce product and UI/UX teams to support product improvement and influence product features, while respecting brand design design system and principles

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Master's degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty industry
  • Fluent in English, conversational French is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, JS, CSS and responsive design), web analytics tools, and A/B testing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams across different cultures and regions
