Full-time job starting in March 2020
- Organizing travels - visas, flights, hotels etc.
- Liaising with local providers
- Scanning, filing and saving paperwork to clients files
- Updating CRM
- Post office, record tracking numbers and costs, liaise with Swisss and UK post when problems arise
- Arrange DHL delivery, pickups and contact in case of problem
- Update sales board
- Reconcilement of petty cash and provide report to finance manager
- Co-ordinate mail merges and drafting general correspondence
- Assisting financial planners and the rest of the team,
- Managing agendas,
- Organize and be part of various events,
- Organizing meetings,
- Managing budget and tracking expenses,
- Office management,
- Reviewing PowerPoint presentations.
