Administrative Assistant

Full-time job starting in March 2020

 

Mission:

 

  • Organizing travels - visas, flights, hotels etc. 
  • Liaising with local providers
  • Scanning, filing and saving paperwork to clients files
  • Updating CRM
  • Post office, record tracking numbers and costs, liaise with Swisss and UK post when problems arise
  • Arrange DHL delivery, pickups and contact in case of problem
  • Update sales board
  • Reconcilement of petty cash and provide report to finance manager
  • Co-ordinate mail merges and drafting general correspondence
  • Assisting financial planners and the rest of the team,
  • Managing agendas,
  • Organize and be part of various events,
  • Organizing meetings,
  • Managing budget and tracking expenses,
  • Office management,
  • Reviewing PowerPoint presentations.
