A propos du rôle

Our client, an international organization and leader in global health innovation, is currently recruiting a Program Assistant. They are looking for an organized and details-oriented person with the ability to adapt, change priorities and provide effective support for multiple individuals. Your role would be to provide essential administrative and programmatic support.

Tâches

  • General administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, making logistical arrangements, and using audience engagement platforms
  • Provide event planning and logistical support, including scheduling workshops and other events, and coordinating event-related logistics
  • Collaborate with Assistants in other divisions and departments to maintain general department listservs and collaborate on general administrative support to maintain coordinated and organized team logistics
  • Support proposals and projects through research, information gathering and communications
  • Coordinate the drafting, editing, proofreading, and production of various documents, presentations and communications materials
  • Enter invoices into the financial system and collaborate with the finance department to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, in alignment with team priorities

Nous cherchons

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Business Administration field, or any related area
  • Experience of 3 years related to administrative and program support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office Suite required, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Knowledge on management support, utilizing Teams, SharePoint, Box, OneNote, and Smartsheet and maintain and update these resources as needed
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
