Consultant, Strategic Project Management, Analytical and Coordination Support (m/f/d)
Location: Geneva
Duration: 5 months
The Role
We are seeking high-performing junior consultants (1-4 years' experience) from leading strategy consulting firms to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.
Working alongside a central strategy team, you will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support across key transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic decision-making processes, and programme governance in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic and analytical assessments, including business cases, modelling, and data synthesis.
- Structure complex problems and develop fact-based recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support PMO activities, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and programme reporting.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations and steering committee materials.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Support programme governance, transformation planning, and change management activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
Your Profile
- 1-4 years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Kearney, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data analysis, modelling, and business case development.
- Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
- Experience supporting strategic, transformation, or organisational change initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and multicultural environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience working with international organisations, public sector institutions, or large multinational organisations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
