AS A PART OF OUR INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTING TEAM
As a member of our Intercompany Accounting Team, you will support the management and reconciliations of financial transactions between a company's entities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper consolidation of records. You’ll work in a collaborative, friendly environment alongside colleagues from diverse countries within the Coca Cola HBC Group, where knowledge-sharing and continuous learning are at the core of what we do.
OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO HAVE:
- Curious and eager to learn – you’re excited to dive into accounting and grow your skills.
- Experience helps but isn’t a must – if you’ve done this before, great! If not, we’ve got your back.
- Education in accounting, finance, or economics is a plus, but not required.
- Strong English skills – both spoken and written.
- Excel knowledge is a bonus.
- Available to work 4 hours a day – perfect for students or anyone looking for part-time work.
- Detail-oriented and accurate – you double-check your work and catch the small stuff.
- Clear communicator and team player – you connect well with others and bring a positive vibe.
- Proactive problem-solver – you spot issues early and take action to keep things running smoothly.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU COULD ENSURE:
- Reviewing, validating, and entering key info from intercompany invoices, credit, and debit notes into our system with accuracy and speed
- Support the team with ad hoc reports that help drive smart decisions
- Assistance with invoice processing and step in where needed to keep workflows smooth and efficient
