We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant and Receptionist to join the team of our client in the heart of Geneva. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Missions
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the team with project-based work as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.Our
