The Growth Office is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable growth and development across the institution. It oversees our people office and people development departments, our offices around the world, our business development to strengthen EHL's global presence. The department also supports innovation, strategy and sustainability, aligning the institution’s goals with emerging trends and industry needs. By fostering collaboration across departments, it contributes to the successful implementation of EHL’s strategies.

Within the Growth Office, the Strategic Project & Sustainability team drives the development and implementation of the corporate strategy, as well as the sustainability agenda, which lies at the core of EHL’s human-centric mission.

Sustainability Manager

The mission of the Sustainability Manager is to position EHL as a catalyst for sustainability transformation and a thought leader in the field. The role ensures sustainability is embedded in all EHL activities. It oversees and evolves EHL’s sustainability strategy and leads its implementation across the Group. By managing a multidisciplinary team, the Sustainability Manager drives cross - departmental collaboration.

What will you do?

• Drive the update and implementation of EHL’s sustainability strategy.
• Manage a team in charge of strategic sustainability initiatives: work organization & follow-up, performance evaluation & development support .
• Oversee and ensure quality and impact of the CSR reporting and sustainability-related certification.
• Provide support to all departments in achieving their sustainability goals.
• Foster sustainability engagement of EHL’s community and stakeholders.
• Position the Sustainability Department as catalyst of sustainability thought-leadership for the industry and our students (developed within the Centers of excellence) through identification of key opportunities to build, focus & amplify our impact.
• Act as the point of entry for EHL active representation and contribution in key sustainability network.

Who you are?

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• You have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• You have proven team-management skills.
• You have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• You demonstrate strategic thinking.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You have solid 360° literacy in sustainability within a business context.
• You have a very good command of common IT tools.
• You are fluent in French and in English.
