We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a company based in the heart of Geneva. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who can operate independently and manage all HR activities in a true "one man / one woman show" setup. The role is between 60 to 80%.
Our client is an international company.
Missions
- Full management of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, HR administration, employee records, and offboarding.
- Supervision of the outsourced payroll process: data control, validation, and coordination with the external provider.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on day-to-day HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies.
- Handle contracts, certificates, and HR reporting.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or autonomous HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss HR processes and administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French, with professional English proficiency.
